Policies:

Due to the nature of dance photography these policies are implemented to ensure you a very efficient portrait experience and high quality portraits delivered on time.

Price Basis:
If the your dance school has:
Up to 100 dancers , then add $3 to each item on the price list.
101-150 dancers , then add $2 to each item on the price list.
151-200 dancers , then add $1 to each item on the price list.

Commissions:
Your commissions can be set separately on Packages, Groups, Fun Items, and Individual Items.

Posers:
One poser supplied by you for each photographer. If the dance school wishes not to provide dance posers, then add $1 to each item on the price list.

Dress Rehearsal:
If the dance studio wishes to do the dance portraits at the dress rehearsal, add $1 to each item on the price list.

Minimum:
The dance school guarantees a minimum of 75 orders sold per dance school or no commission will be paid.

Group Portraits:
You will receive the first set of group portraits FREE.
Additional sets of group portraits are half price off the price list.
A group is considered 3 or more dancers. Soloists and Duets are not a group.

Shipping:
The dance school can have the entire dance portraits delivered to the studio FREE. Or we can have the portraits delivered to the dancers homes via 1st class mail. Just add $2 to each item on the price list.
